The recommended way to install Butterfly on Linux is through the store. This ensures that you always have the latest version and updates automatically.
The nightly version is also available on the flathub beta repository. Read more about the flathub beta repository here.

The alternative binaries were built using Ubuntu 22.04 LTS (instead of Ubuntu 24.04 LTS) and should work on devices running an older version of glibc.
